The Sumac Berry which is a wine coloured spice that has long had mystical significance of bringing harmony amongst people and has also been associated as the symbol of Rain & Love in the Persian Culture. In ancient times, it was also used as a traditional remedy for ailments . Its use in the Culinary World has been as a flavouring agent for meats, stews and sauces.
